Finotek shuttle valve is operated by hydraulic oil and design for screw-in connection and plate position installation.
The SV shuttle valve manufactured by Finotek,the shuttle valves allows the flow in one each direction and block the flow from the T port, there are a high strength stainless ball in the valve chamber to open and stop each in put pressure at A or B port. This design is better for high pressure with two alternative inlet pipe require ents, it is much convenient for hydraulic pipe installation without any cartridge cavity. There are various connection threads of shuttle valve as per different hydraulic system requirements. The raw materials will be able to carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum apply to each different working position.
The shuttle vale is like a valve composed of two check valves, we call it a hydraulic shuttle valve because it is used in hydraulic circuit. There are two inlet port A and B, one outlet port of D. The A and B port connect to D port but A and be is not flow through each other while in operation. The fluid flows out from D port if there is hydraulic oil pressurized to A or B port. But if oil flow into A and B oil ports simultaneously, the higher pressure side flow out through D port, the opposition side is isolated then. It should be no flow at the D port only if there is no oil at A and B oil ports.
